Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personalized or hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return.
4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
