1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a return, email us at connectbanha@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items such as personalized or hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at connectbanha@gmail.com.

5. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
